Beach Skills Camp

After a successful 1st year of summer camps we are excited to offer 2 streams for the summer of 2008. Both streams of the camp program will also include FUN NON VOLLEYBALL GAMES.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL SKILLS CAMP:
For youths 11-17 with an interest in improving their volleyball skills in a fun environment.
Novice, Beginners & Intermediate players are welcome to attend this camp
PASSING, VOLLEYING, SPIKING, BLOCKING, SERVING, OFFENSE AND DEFENSE will all be featured and incorporated into the camp program.
A variety of drills and games (playing 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 4 on 4 and 6 on 6) will be used to practice the skills.
2 ON 2 ELITE BEACH VOLLEYBALL CAMP:
This division of the camp is geared towards athletes wishing to develop their 2 on 2 games.
Intermediate Skills (the ability to control the 1st pass and set) are required to get the maximum benefits from this camp
The Camp will focus on the tactics, positioning and offensive and defensive strategies while practicing and refining existing skills and learning new ones.
Participants should be aiming to participate in the OVA Beach 2 on 2 Youth Division Tournaments.
Campers must be 12-17 years of age with Intermediate or better volleyball skills (Please no beginners) in this stream of the camp.
