Elite Qualifier The elite qualifier will be held at 8:00 am sharp, the Saturday morning of each tournament. This will be one game. Teams that do not qualify will automatically be placed in the Open AA-A5 division based on their current points. The maximum number of teams in the qualifier will be 4 teams and eligibility is based on points.

Cost
There is a one-time beach membership fee to be paid prior to participation in your first OVA Beach Tour event of the 2008 season. All fees must be paid online at www.ontariovolleyball.org, Register Online Now.
Beach Membership Fee:
• $15.00 - for currently registered members (athletes who participated in the OVA Indoor 2007-2008 season)
• $30.00 – for new members ($15.00 OVA beach membership fee + $15.00 VC membership fee)
OVA Tournament Fee:
• $75.00 (tax included) per team/event in the Youth and Adult/Open divisions.

Check-in: Team check-in takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Both partners must check-in together. If you AND your partner have not checked in by 8:30 a.m. SHARP, you will not be able to participate in the event and you will NOT receive a refund.
Players Meeting: Begins at 8:30 a.m. when Check-in has closed. It is the responsibility of all athletes to listen to what is said and to question anything that is not understood. Sanctions can be levied to teams who do not follow the format and the basic rules of the tournament. It is the athlete’s responsibility to make sure they understand.
