Ontario Volleyball has a volunteer Provincial Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President Finance & Operations, Vice President Indoor, Vice President Beach plus six Regional Presidents. The OVA Executive consists of the President and three Vice Presidents.

The professional staff conduct the affairs of the organization and deliver its programs and services to the membership and the volleyball community.
The OVA Board of Directors develops policy and approves the business of the association.
The OVA has divided the Province into six geographic Regions. The membership of each Region elects an Executive.
Region 1 - Northwestern Ontario - from the Manitoba border east to Marathon
Region 2 - Northeastern Ontario - from Wawa to Mattawa, south to Muskoka (Parry Sound, Gravenhurst)
Region 3 - Southwestern Ontario - from Windsor east to Oakville (Halton), north to the Bruce Peninsula
Region 4 - Central East Ontario - from Pickering east to Amherstview, north to Haliburton area - Cobourg, Peterborough, Belleville, Trenton
Region 5 - Central West Ontario - from Toronto, Mississauga (Peel, Dufferin) north to Port Severn and Collingwood (Orangeville, Brampton)
Region 6 - Eastern Ontario - from Deep River to Kingston and east to the Quebec border (Brockville, Cornwall, Ottawa)
